“We hired Justin to do a general home inspection for us. As first time home buyers, the entire process can be a bit overwhelming and scary. Justin was amazing. He was not only affordable, and extremely thorough, but, he was able to get to the property very quickly to keep our contract deadlines in-tact and moving along swiftly. He was extremely knowledgeable and had absolutely no issues explaining to us exactly what everything meant, why it could be/would be an issue, and what to expect. He never seemed annoyed with all of my questions, and happily answered everything professionally and in an educated manner. I immediately recommended him to friends, and will continue to do so. Unfortunately that home purchase did not work out for us, but, I’m already looking forward to hiring Justin again when we find another potential home. I know he will be the best man for the job. He was open to all our questions and concerns during the inspection and after, replying quickly to both email and text messages. He reached out to local contractors to get us estimates on the repairs that were needed so we could make informed decisions before buying. When he found issues with the foundation that the seller didn’t agree with, he even met with the seller along with a contractor specializing foundation and drainage repair to discuss their objections. As a result there were repairs done there that the seller initially did not want to fix. We are extremely grateful to him for his help throughout the entire process.”
